Hawthorne Institute of Legends is here to bring out the intellect, talents, and character of all of our students. We want to teach students and everyone who decides to enroll in our school the importance of academic excellence, their responsibility to their community, and to help members value their uniqueness and inner talent.  We want students who are motivated to learn and have a passion for experimentation and trying new things.

Our focus is to have an academic program that challenges our students, both at an intellectual and creative level, in a way that allows them expand their knowledge of the world, but also helps students learn and grow as people, learning just as much about themselves as they do about the world around them.

We pride ourselves with having strong student-faculty interaction and our professors and staff are guided by the belief that students should be knowledgeable in many areas of study, as many as they can. We want students to not only be smart in the classroom, but out in the real world. Hawthorne involves other activities like field trips, group bonding, sports events, friendly competition, and visual and performing arts to allow students to get the best out of their experience and express themselves freely.

Our mission is to foster a community for those who want or need one, one that values friendship and connections, open-mindedness and seeing the world from new perspectives, and stepping outside the box and questioning the world with intellectual curiosity.
