Hawthorne is building a parent-first contact experience, with no child information requested in the Hawthorne email signup form.
The Hawthorne email signup collects a parent’s name and email address, an optional description of their interests, and optional consent to receive program emails. On this review site, the form provides a local preview only; its entries are not sent to Hawthorne. Live signup and email delivery remain to be connected and verified before launch.
Email updates are optional and separate from Founders Circle membership. Register and pay for your first seminar to join the Founders Circle and lock in 30% off all other seminars with open registration during 2027. Signing up for emails does not enroll a scholar, take payment, reserve a place or confer membership.
This is preliminary information, not a finalized privacy policy. A full policy describing retention, data rights, contact methods, and applicable child privacy practices must be reviewed before public launch.

Seminar preferences
The Founders Circle planner can remember your selected seminar, track, preferred start, and optional weekday and time-of-day preferences in this browser tab using session storage. It does not ask for or store a name or email address. “Start again” clears the planner’s saved preferences.
When you follow the link to request enrollment details, those preferences are included in the link and displayed on the contact page. They remain preferences only: using the planner does not send an inquiry, enroll a scholar, reserve a place, take payment or confer Founders Circle membership.
Adult inquiries
The contact form lets an adult prepare a first name, email address and question for a local inquiry preview. Please do not provide child-identifying or sensitive information. Optional start-month and session preferences are included with the question. The review preview does not send the inquiry to Hawthorne, enroll a scholar, take payment or subscribe an adult to marketing emails. Live inquiry delivery remains to be connected and verified before launch.
The contact page’s “Save a personal copy” button creates a file on your device containing your adult contact details, question and any scheduling preferences. Saving the file does not submit the inquiry to Hawthorne. Keep or delete that file using your device’s controls.
Find Your Table reflections stay on that page and are not submitted or saved by that reflection tool.
